Herbed Sun-dried Tomato Whipped Cheese Recipe:
This is one of my favorite recipes because of how easy it is to make and because of how delish it is. It comes together in no time and is always a crowd favorite. We enjoy this whipped cheese for breakfast or lunch, or as appetizer or snack. Spread this whipped cheese on a toasted bagel and have it for Breakfast or Lunch. Place it on your favorite crackers, or garlic toast, or serve it with breadsticks and enjoy it as an appetizer or snack. There is no wrong way to enjoy this.
Storing your Herbed Sun-dried Tomato Whipped Cheese:
Storing any left-over whipped cheese is easy, simply place your whipped cheese in an air tight container, and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Ingredients for Herbed Sun-dried Tomato Whipped Cheese:
This is everything you will need to make this. Cream cheese, milk, garlic, rosemary, sage, sun-dried tomato, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt.
Can I Omit the Pepper?
YES! If spice is not your cup of tea, the recipe will still work without the pepper.
Can I Use Jarred Garlic?
No. This recipe works best with fresh garlic cloves. Jarred garlic will add an unpleasant flavor profile.
Can I Use Dried Herbs?
No. This recipe works best with fresh rosemary and fresh sage. The flavor profile will not develop with dried herbs.
What Kind of Sun-dried Tomatoes Work Best?
Any kind! You can purchase them fresh with no oil or seasonings or you can purchase them packaged in a glass jar with the oil and seasonings. When using the ones in the glass jar, don’t pat them dry. Use them as is, as it will just add more flavor to your whipped cheese.
What do I serve this with?
My favorite way to enjoy this is on garlic toast or on a toasted warm sun-dried tomato bagel. But this whipped cheese will also work perfectly with your favorite crackers and or breadsticks.

This is the easiest whipped cheese recipe. Feel free to use which-ever one of these tools you have: a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer. A garlic press makes quick work of making the garlic super soft so no one is crunching on garlic pieces.

- Mix in garlic, rosemary, sage, black pepper, red crushed pepper, and salt.
- Mix together.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs or ideally overnight.
