Rule # 1 – DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THE OVEN!!!! Stay near by and check on the bread often so you don’t end up with brunt bread. Be vigilant!

Super easy no measure recipe
- Drizzle Olive Oil on Italian bread.
- Sprinkle: Kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika.
- Flip bread over and repeat the process for the other side
- Bake in a 350 degree oven until bread is golden brown.

Homemade Croutons
Ingredients
- several slices of left over Italian bread
- extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- oregano
- paprika
Instructions
- On a parchment lined cookie sheet, place left over Italian bread so they are flat and even.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over top of bread.
- Sprinkle the kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika over the Italian bread.
- Flip the bread over to the other side and repeat the olive oil and seasoning process.
- Place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven and bake until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Once cool to the touch, slice the toasted bread into cube shapes.
- Now they are ready for your soups, salads, or chili. Enjoy!
